Well thats the Tory Government excuse, the federation of small business believes this to be smack in the face for its members and the Government now will save £350 million annually, looks like they are finding ways for that Brexit dividend. Reckon the self employed need to get paid employment to make up for £150 tax cut windfall they have lost and work at Cafe Nero, Gap Vodafone Waitrose, they get big juicy tax cuts
