The case for the defence...

Near 60% win rate with him in the side last season says different.

And that was a very very poor side he was playing in.

His quality is never in question , his injury record is the only concern.

If Keane , Holgate & co hadn't played so many games we might never have been in a relegation scrap.
Nope, if he was playing this season there is zero chance we have the win rate we have, bang average at best player, we have massively upgraded on him

Can't believe people having a pop a big Yerald. Been our best CH since he arrived at the club.
Absolute shame he's made of spaghetti though
Yeah but he is rubbish at, being our best defender hasnt been something too be proud of, we now have two new ones who are both miles better then hm

But the stats back up what I'm saying, currently we have a top Premier League defense, without him.
We do

Maybe it's not Lampards favoured formation back 4.

My guess if he had to change to 3 Centre backs ( with Mina )we would be even harder to beat.

Point still stands he is a very good Centre back , just that his body is made of pasta.

Coleman is 34
3 games in a week, Not the first time he's shut Zaha down completely.
Another clean sheet.
Nice work all.
