Both are correct.

Although 'spoilt' is the more tradition english useage.

Yet the term 'spoiled' also relates to 'stolen' as in 'stole my thunder'.
The act of plundering; spoliation. To pillage.
Spoils of war etc etc.

And 'americanised' has a capital letter, and is from 'Americanization' so also has a 'z' rather than an 's'.
