The question was "who is scoring runs in County cricket". Vince is no3 in the averages with 68. Ahead of him are Keaton Jennings,bwho has been injured and Sam Hain who is inexperienced.

I'm not saying he is wonderful but he's probably the best no 3 available.
Bairstows form with the bat is so bad I'm not sure we would be a batsman light if Foakes replaced him.
He doesn't need a license. Haven't you watched him play?. Reckless is how I'd describe him in this series

I rate Hain, Vinces time has been and gone, though that being said maybe Stokes and Baz get something out of him
