It would absolutely come up. Just like the people who tried to use George Floyd’s criminal past (for which he had served his time) as justification for police executing him in the middle of the street.

3/ you and others scream about legal gun ownership yet you conflate committing a firearm offence with being drunk!
4/ you are either lying or selectively lazy regarding the `string of burglaries` - 911 calls for burglaries and thefts were logged in December and January

Utterly irrelevant to the case. It was 7 years prior to him being murdered. You brought it up and we all know why you did, just the same way we know why you didn't bring up the criminal history of Richard Lee Richards

Well you brought up the firearm possession charge from 7 years prior. Strange from someone who said:

Ah yeah, they just coralled him with vehicles and pointed a gun at him for a friendly chat. They'd have let him on his way 2 minutes later.

i think this too. if Arbery was such an avid jogger in that area he would`ve been very familiar to the residents and the chances are if Arbery hadn`t wrestled for the gun he would not have been shot. if Arbery was being `hunted` then why did the guy let him get close enough to grab his gun? surely he would`ve shot Arbery the first chance he got if he was `hunting` him- he didn`t though. the guys who chased after Arbery had a gun stolen out of their truck the previous month and were wary of anyone suspicious. if Arbery had been jogging round that small neighbourhood for a couple of months he would`ve been known let alone the supposed years he had been jogging around.

i didn`t say that. i said Arberys probation was extended because he was caught stealing out of Walmart.
