Boulder actually introduced restrictions on assault rifles in 2018 but it has been blocked, most recently only 5 days ago.

 
Guns are not fine.

Bloke who lived next door to me growing up in Kirkdale owned shotguns. Only found out when my arl fella (ex army) was chatting to him over the fence about shooting.

Wouldn't have known otherwise and bloke was always a sound neighbour.

Just shows whilst guns in the wrong hands are a disaster waiting to happen but if you bring in proper legislation and background checks etc. Its entirely possible to live amongst gun owners.

The problem with America is its too ingrained in their culture to ever change certainly in our lifetime.

Yeah I can't see it ever changing. Its not even just the rootin' tootin' pistols they are allowed to own semi-automatic rifles. That fella in Vegas who shot everyone from his window had a full on armoury.
