Of course not, but this is not the way to go about it.

Yes, people should change the system via the ballot box rather than via riots.

Though when the state has an extensive history and ongoing practice of stopping them voting, that option is closed off and so we see situations deteriorate, problems go unsolved and we slowly descend to this point.

Yeah.. people are less likely to listen when you burn the city down though. MLK would have never wanted this. Should have had peaceful protest, march, and send a party to the governors office to discuss. Violence isn't going to help anything by any means.

Fair enough.. They arent helping the case looting, vandalizing, assaulting, battery, arson, etc. Dont think anybody at this moment will give them the time of day and they will continue to be "unheard". Difference between a riot and this..
And the justice system isn’t helping the case by refusing to follow the same procedures they would if it was an average person who put their knee on someones neck and killed them.

Sadly the riots may well be more likely to get action taken than a peaceful protest would do - there have after all been lots and lots of the latter.

I'm not making light, but so what happen when armed white men and police have an OK corral moment because it is coming.

What does the cult do?

Blue Lives Matter or 2A rights
I have an issue over how the actions that lead to a man's tragic death somehow justify the looting of city: "This is terrible so lets steal a 62" TV and stuff."

That's not trying to deflect away from the original event by the way or trivialise it, but I do feel that some (not all!) use it as an excuse to act as they so wish.

That's in itself only dishonours the memory of the gentleman and take the attention away from where it should be. With regards to your point, I really don't know.

@LinekersLegs beat me to my point.

I don’t condone the looting, but its not like this is the first video we’ve seen, let alone the time this has happened. There’s never been a time in the US when this wasn’t happening.

How much “turning the other cheek“ should be expected of POC especially when we have white folks protesting while carrying a rifle because they have to wear a flipping face mask.
