Why do people keep equating misogyny/anti-women with Andrew Tate? Andrew Tate's speech is more about taking up self-accountability, making yourself financial free, tackling depression and trying to motivate people to take up gym regularly and curing their mental health. Sure, some of his early days views were misogynistic and I don't agree with any of those points but I have to assume he wanted to garner as much attention as possible and edgy views always generate views.
I think it's because of statements like these:
“It’s bang out the machete, boom in her face and grip her by the neck. Shut up bitch,”
“I was getting on a plane and I could see through the cockpit that a female was the pilot and I took a picture and I said, ‘most women I know can’t even park a car, why is a woman flying my plane?’ and they banned me.”
“I think the women belong to the man.”
“If you put yourself in a position to be raped, you must [bear] some responsibility,”
“Why would you be with a woman whos not a virgin anyway? She is used goods. Second hand.”
You're effectively applauding a pimp.
