This idiot-economist is calculating the chance that Biden won Georgia is "one in quadrillion" and he arrives at that by saying that Biden received more votes than Clinton and calculates a probability that this is unlikely under the assumption that the votes should be the same for each candidate. I'm not making this up.

The head of the GOP in Texas essentially got run out of Florida (politically) after previously being run out of the military for misconduct. His recent election as head of the state party was the final straw for some of my Republican friends.
