The SCOTUS in no way can accept this case. It opens the door for all sorts of states suing states - for, say, blue states suing red states for every act of voter suppression they've done. And that is vastly easier to prove.

It's to big of a can of worms to open that the supreme court won't because they don't care about the next 4 years. They're in it for the long haul.

I have to admit, I'm not 100% clear on why Texas is trying to sue 4 other states. I didn't know one state could sue another!
They are suing to have Bidens win thrown out but I'm not sure what their grounds are. Maybe that Covid voting changes weren't legal? dunno...
But over 100 house members have just endorsed the Texas case to over throw the Biden result. Which seems like coup territory.
Some of these congressmen are endorsing a challenge to overthrow their own election results.

It's a stunt with zero legal merit, designed purely to appeal to one man - Donald Trump. Many here believe Paxton is angling for pardons.

This idiot-economist is calculating the chance that Biden won Georgia is "one in quadrillion" and he arrives at that by saying that Biden received more votes than Clinton and calculates a probability that this is unlikely under the assumption that the votes should be the same for each candidate. I'm not making this up.

The election was definitely fraudulent in Wisconsin as they were 49.5% to 48.8%. In my house two adults voted so statistically one should vote for Biden and one Trump and I know for a fact both votes were for Biden, that's statistically insanely improbable. I rest my case your honour.
