I'm surprised he didn't catch it sooner. It's a shame he is out of commission, he was doing a service to any thinking-Republican in terms of making Trump's idiotic baseless "they cheated" campaign look even more ridiculous than is possible. He needs to be out there reaffirming to any Republican voter who still has a conscience that Trump is anti-democracy, anti-American, and immoral. There are still a few folks to reach. As to Trump's base, those who believe he is "fighting the good fight" ...well, they are gone and they are only coming back when they themselves--similar to alcoholics--have that moment of clarity, where they realize themselves they've been duped and tilting at Fox News supplemented windmills for the last 15 years.

Oh they just realized they were "duped" by Fox News, but not in the way you are implying.

IMO Fox news is horrible but the main driver of this is right wing AM radio

I have a huge problem with politicians trading, or profiting off information that's not available to everyone but I see no problem with them selling book deals.
If don Jnr. wants to scribble crayon drawings of his safari kills on the insides of serial boxes and some publisher gives him a massive advance for said drawings, I've no problem with that, well, apart from the trophy hunting, and the fact that Junior is a moron and all the racists who'll buy it, but apart from that...

Why? I find it scandalous about every aspect of capitalism and how it ruins and destroys everything around me in life. Including my spiritual Everton. I find the wages and player prices scandalous.
