Just read that Nevada has a deadline of Nov.10 for postal votes and Biden will need that state.

How does that work exactly? I get a cut-off point for receipt of a vote obviously, but does it have to carry a post-mark on or before a certain day, like election day, to be accepted?

Yes I believe they have to a post mark of Nov 3rd or earlier
