I sure hope that's the case because we really need one of our branches of government to do their job during this crazy times. However, let me point out that during that ruling it was four liberals and a moderate (Kennedy) the ones that ruled in favor of gay marriage. None of the current conservative judges did. Since then we have lost the moderate and the very liberal Bader Ginsburg, and both of these judges have been replaced by very conservative judges appointed by Trump. So if you do the math then things doesn't add up well for a ruling in favor of Biden but I sure hope that I'm wrong.

Sorry, it was Bostock vs Clayton County, 6-3 and Gorsuch (Trump appointee) voted with the majority. In addition to Kavanaugh (Trump appointee) and Gorsuch both voting with the majority AGAINST Trump in regards to his finance disclosure suits (Trump vs Mazars USA and Trump vs Vance)

Actually listened to that yesterday morning. I read “They Thought They Were Free”, the book he used for most of his source material, back when Trump was first elected and revisiting it four years later was chilling.

You could argue that Democrats are diet right wing and Republicans are just normal coke. Coke although more unhealthy and kills more is much more popular.

I am no fan of the Democratic establishment, and they absolutely should have been removed after 2016, but I would have thought it should now be obvious that the GOP have enough control over the media and social media that any Dem candidate would start at a massive disadvantage.

You see the same phenomenon over here, where a de-Corbyned Labour are against a clearly dreadful regime but somehow this hasn't resulted in them being 20 points up.

In a tiny bit of good news, with that one congressional district in Nebraska going to Biden, that should take the possibility of an actual tie off the table.
