Looking at Pennsylvania for example, Trump is 6% or so up but it means very little because Philadelphia only has a few percentage of its votes counted and it will be overwhelmingly for Biden and that alone will more than even it out.

It matters if Biden wins but it also doesn't matter to some extent because you can't have this close a vote between these options and not have a country that is severely broken.

Yeah I know, but we can make some assumptions, for example if it stays within about <10% then within 3 days it'll almost certainly be even or a Biden win.

It can't, it'll only get worse, but it also would have barely started with Biden in office. If we have another election in four years I'd really like for someone who actually wants to go for a left sided agenda running.

Depends on the state. Some count postal and absentee ballots first.
