It's largely day-of voting, as with Michigan. Those will move.

This boils down to: either Biden gets AZ and one of the NE/ME congressional districts, or we're going to be waiting for days on PA.

Unfortunately, either pathway sets us up to get into the faithless elector/duplicate elector slate clown car.

I reckon Georgia is looking good for Biden. Only 15% of votes counted in Atlanta, which should be overwhelmingly Democrat, compared to 40% of votes counted across the state. Biden "only" behind currently by about 200,000 votes.
