It is a bit of a throwback to when early voting wasn’t as common, a small town used to get its claim to fame by holding the first election vote in the nation and reporting the results. Not very predictive, even at state level, but can be amusing.

The reason I'd never watch the US Election via the BBC.

CNN all the way. I dont like CNN most of the time, but its election night coverage will be entertaining and 'granular' as they say these days.

Agree but the post you made earlier made it seem like it was all a laughing matter to make democrats cry.

Their whole system needs changing, lets hope they make a start with Biden. Im hoping if he gets in, the likes of AOC and Sanders etc start pushing his policies to the left such as the $15 minimum wage, increasing taxes on the mega rich etc. Something that helps millions of people and not the select few.

The point was, those referenced have made a lot of noise but I don’t think done enough to ensure he doesn’t get back in, more ridiculing their efforts than humour

I'm watching NBC news live. It's a lot more lively than our BBC I have to say.

American news channels are horrible. Fox influenced their competitors and now they're all less news and more entertainment.
