Bank. Those. Votes.

Harris County just passed 900,000 votes. Bexar County has passed 400,000 votes and Travis County will pass 400,000 on Friday. Speculation is Texas might hit 13 million votes.

Unbelievable.
I just have visions of massive numbers of mail in votes being thrown out for various jarg reasons... and obviously if there's massively more Dem votes in the pile, then there'll be more Dem ones thrown out

The result of this election won’t be official for months.
That’s why I’m not having a wager on it this time, having backed Trump to win last time as well.

So all this **** is your fault then
Hahaha

I backed Brexit as well.. I kid you not.

I think I weirdly won on the Yank election twice.
Backed Clinton most seats or whatever they call it, but also Trump to win.
The Clinton bet took months to pay out. My memory fades, but I’m sure that happened.

While it is worrisome, a lot of these votes are in person early votes not mail in. They are counted alongside election day votes and there isn't the worry of there being something wrong with the ballot.
And in NC, they can open the mail in ballots and ensure they can be counted (ie no errors). If there are errors, the voter is being notified so it can be corrected prior to election day....although that is just NC.

More than 2 million North Carolinians have already voted in the fall election, and at this pace state elections officials estimate that as many as 80% of votes will be cast before polls open on Election Day.

As of 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, 1,369,041 people had voted in person at early voting sites across the state, while another 655,842 had voted by mail, according to the State Board of Elections. That’s nearly three times as many people who had voted at this point during the 2016 presidential election.

My thought process was that some Democrats may not of voted for Hillary out of spite because of what happened to Bernie in 2016. If that was the case, would those votes return in 2020 for Biden now that they know how important it is?

I think so, especially as Bernie and the progressives have been rallying around him too stating exactly that.
