The fastest way to fix that is to then repeal that law from the 1915 1914 whatever it is that limited the amount of Representatives each state could have. Have Wyoming be the baseline or whoever the smallest state is in the union and then go out by metrics of that.

Christ that party can't disappear soon enough...

Definitely this,.

Right now the states with low populations are over represented in Congress

And the Senate over represents those with the smaller population. Hell, they split a nothing state in Dakota do they could have FOUR senators instead of 2. The Senate nap makes it REALLY hard to have a Democratic controlled legislature and executive branch. And, should it be a clean sweep in 2020 I don't foresee it lasting more than 2 years with the map in 2022.

And I'm not meaning to denigrate either Dakota it's just that there's nothing in almost 95% of both of them combined.

There are +/- 50 early voting locations to vote in person in the county where I live. Sounds quite a few, eh? Well, the county is more than 1200 square miles in size and there are 1.2 million registered voters in the county. My state does not allow no-excuse voting by mail. Due to our ancient agrarian tradition, election day is on a Tuesday. Not a weekend. Not a national holiday. A day in the middle of the modern working week. Yes, there will be many additional voting sites but on election day you must vote at your specific precinct and there's no exception so if you did not vote early and your employer insists you stay late and you miss getting in line by time of poll closing - you are out of luck.

Every bit of this is designed to suppress the vote, which is to the advantage of the GOP. There's simply no good reason why Americans cannot vote by mail or via secure computer system.
I'll be honest I want voting to be as easy as possible but online voting makes me squeamish.

So I always knew there was some % of Bernie supporters that were 1) damaging to Bernie's cause and 2) clinical morons.

I guess we now have confirmation that that number is 16%
"I'm fairly left so I wont vote for the guy that's slightly right against the guy who's very right and against everything I stand for, oh and a twunt. Because derp."

The 2022 map is pretty favorable to Dems. 2024 is another matter.
