I have confidence that people will have longer memories than that. If Trumpism is soundly beaten this election, it should be 4-6 years before the GOP thinks about coming back after paying for their sins
I think it will take them losing GA (along with the swing states) and maybe even TX before many in the GOP realize their plight
Oh yeah, I think this is what "soundly beaten" means to me. Like Trump carries 12 states and loses Texas and some other Sun Belt states that historically are GOP strongholds. Another one that isn't a big state is something like Utah.
