Its the rumours going around City, and has been for the last 6 months. Is it really that crazy considering they where going to offer Rooney £250k-£300k per week; Adam Johnson was on £120k a week, money is not an object to City anymore. Considering Ronaldos current wage, I doubt he'll take a paycut
