Take A Bow, David Moyes!

I don't know if we can say this. We now have three players who are looking to get out: Pienaar, Heitinga and Yakubu. Plus, injuries and suspensions happen. And at some positions (right mid) we don't have depth. If Seamus goes down, we're hosed.

We seem to have center mids coming out of our ears, so we can ignore that.

And though Saha played much better today, I'd rather look at the striker loan market to see what we can find.

I hope Moyes is still scouring the market.

We can't love .

THERE WILL BE NEW FACES .

Werent crazy about Krancjar meself , in truth , but one game an' all that .

Getting Moyes to take a bow would be like asking a student to bow after they failed an exam several times. Still better late than never I suppose, and if he does learn from this, we should be safe enough. Think he should consider this the lecture.

I know I shouldn't be negative after a great win but Moyes was forced into those tactics last night. He should have been playing this long before. If you look back there are so many examples of Moyes prospering when he is forced to make a move.
Heitinga to centre half, Jags to centre half, Coleman playing on the right, Arteta in the middle. These are a few examples of when it has happened. Moyes is brilliant at building a squad but his all round conservativeness does my head in!
Fair does though, a win is a win and he played a more attacking line up against a top 4 side. Let's hope he is forced into a few more good decisions.

Highlights.

  • Coleman. Excellent, excellent player
  • Fellaini and Arteta can play well together
  • Saha isn't finished
  • Beckford looked alright, much better with a partner
  • Heitinga wasn't dog turd
  • Neville is still better than Chuck Norris
  • We gave Arteta more to do, so he did it. Driving forward with much more purpose than we've seen so far this season

Promising signs. We're not there yet, but it looks good.

*cue 3-0 loss to Scunthorpe

I think the team in general, is built around our beloved Timmy Cahill..

Will be interesting to see what happens when he returns.

that is my worry. although cahill has hold attributes i feel the whole team is better set up without him. i have a feeling that my opinion Will be the minority though.

I think people understand where you're coming from..

Let's wait and see how these games without him play out.. One game is not enough imo.

Nordecke, again, on the ball.

If we continue playing 4-4-2, and it works well, then it really will be interesting to see how Cahill fits back in the team. I dont think he can really, to be honest.

First slightly dodgy result and BAM, Moyes will throw him back in.

Yea, the whole thing has my head spinning.
