Think they're meddling to fix it, be sorted soon. Still not had it myself seems to be more of an issue with iOS.
It's not exclusive to here - can see folk on other forums like man city's who use same ad folk saying the same as here - including ads rolling over a bit too much and that korean lady with the gazongas people shared.
Only saw it on the thread view page but didn’t go in many threads before I had to go out so can’t say for sure. Will let you know if I see it anywhere else.

Full template hasn’t loaded in. I get that all the time. Usually means your signal dropped out while loading it in. Refresh doesn’t do anything as it caches. Close that tab and open GOT in a new one.
If that doesn’t work throw your phone in the nearest canal. The water will lubricate the Wi-Fi signal.

Try clearing browser cache.
The report ad feature has gone, so was confident it'll be resolved. Tricky to test as no iOS device.
