Almost 10 years have passed since we signed our saviour...

the man who single handedly kept Everton where they belong. If he had not have been on such wonderful form, who knows where we would be now.

It's a fantastic feeling to know you can affect the Blue half of the city in such a positive way.

We need every player to have this attitude on wednesday. COYB

He needs a statue one day for what he single handily did for us. It hasn't been forgotten by me one bit.

Kevin Campbell should be in the Everton hall of fame . Without him our proud top flight record would be no more its as simple as that . An Everton legend if ever there was one

Watching spaces like this, I wonder how can some of you guys think about kicking BK out of the club. :o

i was at the west ham 6-0 game when he was just on fire. he got a hattrick that day. the movement and confidence just ripped the hammers a new one. the one where he just dinked it over the keeper was superb.

thank you KC!!

Nice fella off the pitch too. After a game, he walked in the Winslow once when i was in there and offered everyone there a drink. How many footballers would do that hey??

I agree with that and I'm sure he will be voted into the hall of fame in time. We owe him and we shouldn't forget it.

Friggin Legend.

Legend indeed..............

His impact on the side was immediate as he scored 9 goals in 8 games, making him Everton's top goalscorer that season despite spending barely a month with the club.

Ive heard the story about Kev coming into the Wimslow . Every blue that crosses paths with Super Kev should let him know exactly how much we will forever indebted to him for literally saving us . Where we find ourselves today is down to him . Once again thanks to bonafide EVErTON LEGEND:D

I echo all of the above

I also remember when he scored the winner in the Anfield derby, I was watching it in a boozer in Brixton with loads of cockney reds. When he scored I obviously cheered aswell as one other fella sat on his own. I started chatting to him and he said "No I'm Spurs, but my brother's just scored!"

:)
