Yeah it does, but how can the man look at the side that started so badly against Arsenal and the one who finished so strongly, and choose the former and not the latter. Ok, don't go gung ho, but show some balls. It's like he is afraid to drop anyone.

When asked at the start of the season what he needs to do to get the team out of the rut - he says - "Keep doing the same thing". It's just bizarre, and people look at the fact that he saved us from relegation shiteness, well look at the table lids.

It's going to get to the point when it's just not good enough, and you can't use injuries or lack of squad depth, he has almost £20m in 2 players on the bench. For me the excuses have stopped. It's results, and if those results are not forthcoming, well I'm not going to be all romantic - I'm a pragmatic person, and life should be goal oriented, especially in the business of the Premier League.

The lack of change will frustrate many mate, but let me be devils advocate:

1 - The players starting tonight will be under no illusions that they have some making to do from last week's performance, if not then they will defo be dropped. Well, I think.

2 - Sunderland are confident, at home and that's what this 4-5-1 is most effective against.

3 - Yakubu is obviously waddling around training or something as there is no sense to keep him on the bench.

I appreciate your stance mate, but not many Evertonians are going to be overflowing with optimism at the moment. Moyes wouldn't pick Messi if Osman was fit, you know what I mean?
