In control of the first half, Lukaku might have done better with the header like.

Koeman obviously saw my post earlier in the thread and made the correct changes again at HT.

Blew them away second half. Lukaku at his brilliant best and long may it continue. All the new guys did great Gueye and Bolasie were stand out performers, in a great team effort.

Saying that though mate, after being left out of the England squad you would have thought Ross would have been chomping at the bit tonight.

I think he was. He wasn't lazy - he was sloppy - there's a difference. Our play needed to go through him and after a few mistakes he failed to rectify it, so that's why Koeman changed to three wingers and we just killed them on the counter (all of our goals were on the counter pretty much).

At home it's gonna be very different.

yep he changed the game. He'll start on Saturday, as will Bolasie if fit. The toss up is between Kev and Barkley (not down to Kev playing badly like - just because of how that game may well pan out)
I think you might be right mate. Ross is gonna have to do some magic in training this week if he's to start I think.

They had nothing under control. Throughout we looked the better side, had all the possession and shots and never once looked as though we would concede. Not once did I feel that they would get anything.......

With all due respect mate, until we pressed self destruct that was a boring stalemate of a game. That's the worry from our perspective.

That Ndong i thought would be good as hes big money for moyes...looked like a donkey in the limited time he was on. Kept falling over. You miss M'Vila.

Thought Watmore and Gooch were fine myself. Just needed 2 solid CMs, did you not sign M'Vila as hes free in Jan? Huge mistake.
:(

Apparently we've got an agreement to sign in January but theres confusion whether its down on paper or just verbal knowing SAFC it'll be verbal and he'll go elsewhere ... like the Mags
