For me, this is where we find out just how serious contenders we are for that 4th spot.

Part of me fears the worst, but then part of me just thinks we are so boss, we'll close this out with the win.

COYB

Howard
Baines Stones Distin Coleman
Barry McCarthy
Barkley
Mirallas Lukaku Naismith

Can't see any reason to change the Arsenal side, COYB, massive massive game!

I can see it being a difficult game today. They have to win to stand any chance of staying up.

If they don't park the bus mate and come out attacking against us this will get very ugly very fast for them as we play our best when the other teams coming at us

This is Martinez though, you just know he will do at least one change and it will work out a master-stroke

I am just enjoying the positive approach to games. All matches are a lottery so no point in being over confident or pessimistic.
A needless backpass and red card cost us the reverse fixture, not our footballing ability.

I wonder if Barry will play. With a 2 game suspension hanging over him, PLUS we need to find a formula which works ahead of a massive game with City. Shame we couldn't complete the deal in January.

Exact same scenario as Fulham game. Every team we play will pose differing threats from now till seasons end:

Sunderland are desperate
Palace to confirm safety
Man U, Moyes will want to show he isn't useless
Southampton, no pressure, trying to impress Hodgson (awful injury to Jay though)
Man City going for title
Hull, might have FA Cup final (impress or save themselves?)

Beauty of English football over all other leagues is that there's a story in every fixture.
