Striker is not as important as sorting out the full-backs and getting some balance on the right wing. No striker is going to look any good consistently with the way we progress the ball and create chances. Not to say we don't need one, we obviously do, but we'll be right back here again in 12 months without those other positions being sorted as a priority.

No striker is going to look any good consistently with the way we progress the ball and create chances. Not to say we don't need one, we obviously do, but we'll be right back here again in 12 months without those other positions being sorted as a priority.

This 100% We do need better finishing but we need to address the creating chances bit first as we are really bad at it, even with Jack in the team we still were not doing enough in games.

Myko isnt the problem with our squad. He's unfashionsble as a full back thats all. Steady pair of hands . Ive no issue in extending his contract

Maybe, but if he gets offers from decent clubs in Europe I think he'd consider doing so.

He's not a problem but @Lanolin raised a good point the other day that we need to get better at selling our mid-pack players as well as letting our worst players go on a free and the better players being sold for the big bucks. Shifting Myko and McNeil this summer will keep things ticking over on the financial front and makes sense because both can and should be upgraded.
