Summer transfer window.

Exactly the type of signing we need. Smells of 90s hagi. Never seen him play. It's a yes.
That’s the problem though isn’t it- we don’t sign these types of players. As other have pointed out, Bournemouth signed a 19 year old with no Premier league experience, threw him straight in the team and he won them the game. Everything about Moyes- his team selection, tactics, set up in home games, approach to young players- is cautious and negative and ultimately holding us back.
It also becomes a problem as prospective players of this profile at the moment would prefer to move to Bournemouth where they know the manager will play them and help them develop, whereas at Everton you could be benched if you make 1 mistake or are deemed ‘not premier league ready’ and spend a year sitting on the bench.
I think the Friedkins should be seriously thinking about a managerial change in the summer.

He's wanted by the big boys in the game by the way. We'd not have a chance of getting him unless we showed him a pathway which of course we can't as he'd look at Aznou and think nah I'll join Bayern or Arsenal instead
Any idea what he'd cost? Still can't see TFG spending top six money this Summer.

There’s nothing to say Rhol couldnt be bought and sold in the same window, it seems to happen more and more these days.

I agree the model needs to recycling players for profit but it’s dependent on who comes in and ultimately that’s been the problem.

I’d ship Gana out at the end of the season plus the others you mentioned, there would be a decent bit of the wage bill too.
It would be difficult though, his value is hardly going to have gone up since we agreed a fee is it, and bundesliga clubs aren’t routinely dropping that sort of money on players. Selling in the same window for profit is a sound business strategy, selling in the same window for a loss is a fast track to points deductions.
