Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Chelsea will have more players than fans before long.

Often think it must be boring being a Chelsea fan mate, signing a random young Brazilian winger for 20 mill of a Tuesday, or a 17 year old Portuguese centre half - you’ll probably never see them again.

They have Nkunku there, signed him for £50 mill+, barely played many mins and be gone again, could only imagine the excitement if he signed here - in a way I’d hate to loose that.

Yeah I don’t think it would’ve been too boring winning European trophies, leagues, domestic cups whilst getting to watch peak Hazard, Drogba, Lampard etc.

Rubbish fan base though that’s for sure

I can’t believe what I’ve just read. Will be akin to that of Tim Cahill 😂😂😂😂
He’s nearly 30, spent the majority of his career in the championship, he’s been relegated twice and nobody has been interested in picking him up, he’s only leaving because he’s free, well he’s not actually free because he will want a big signing on fee.

If we want to stay in the bottom half , yes let’s get brownhill, if we want to become a serious football club, then no thanks, he’s not good enough and never will be. Some of our fans standards are on the floor
He's never been managed by David Moyes. It could just be the ramblings of an old man but judge me on how he performs if he does sign.

Now, where did I put my trousers?

Yes it was brownhill who got Burnley relegated twice, he would be a squad player we can't pay 20-40 million for like ten to twelve players each got be realistic and he's really a decent player despite being at Burnley
