Good basis for a reset, I`d expect Virgina and Gueye to sign new deals and Alcaraz could well be signed yet.... If it was me I`d keep Tyrer as the 3rd keeper behind Pickford and Virginia who has stated he would be happy to stay.

FWIW we signed 8 players this season with no money whatsoever... O`Brien, NDaiye, Iroegbunam, Lindstrom, Begovic, Broja, Mangala & Alcaraz, so it isn`t out of the question.

We had the wizardry of Thelwell to generate a profit and still bring in sizeable numbers.

We dont know if we will see an upgrade (like the RS) with a transfer committee...or a major downgrade like Moyes last 3 clubs.

Whenever I've seen Delap play he's looked average. Surprised to see everyone wanting us to spend most of our budget on an unproven forward.

He scores goals. There's not many players that do any more. Let alone in a relegation side devoid of much quality. He'll have a queue around the block.

That article is weird, saying hes rated at €12mil but could move for €25mil.

Looks like he can play CM and also in the Doucoure role, just like Alcaraz.
