They're backroom people who none of us have any idea about in terms of their abilities.

Not sure about hammond but the lad from united i have seen is alot saying how good a job has done. Was with the youth team and that has been one of the positives in a terrible united. It could easily not work out but for me i just want to be positve because looks like what we have needed for years at this club. Youth set up transfers media and more have been poor and needed change, stleast tfg look to be doing this unlike moshiri eho just got a dof and hoped for the best
