Agreed … not my preferred choice but walks into our starting 11

With the amount of signings needed and our ( I’m assuming) limited budget.

Signing him would improve an area of the team that was a massive problem for us .

Would also mean we can use the funds saved to spend on a striker/ winger/cm etx

There will be a couple of these signings imo and I’m ok to accept it as we are in need of like 8 players to even have a “small” squad

A walker peters signing would make a lot of sense and then a 4th choice cb

Maybe the guy from Millay for 1.2m?

Then we have most of our budget to find a striker , 2 cm and 2 RW players

A Prescot Cables player or a National league right back would walk in to our right back spot mate !
Kyle Walker Peters would make sense !

If there is limited money and lots of positions to fill, it’s probably a case of priorities and ‘bang for your buck’. Free agent at RB means more money to spend on a striker.
