If there was ever one footballer I'd love to wind dead hard.
Announce Keane ffs.
Sideways step surely?
Why did Kudus join West Ham? Why did Cunha join Wolves?
The saving on wages wont take affect until the next set of accounts, we paid them in this year...This can’t right
I assume it’s based upon last season not now, we’ve gut 13 squad members on about £500 a week
One that was mentioned here a few times.
Everton are just not attractive to these Free Agents compared to clubs like Marseille, I`m actually laughing at some of the suggestions, no way does Jack Grealish come to Everton, not a chance!
Forget Woltermade and Barry... they will have far better options. Moyes and Everton had a hard job but seeing the players I thought were gettable going elsewhere makes me think the job to rebuild this team is far harder than any of us anticipated. How does Everton convince players of good quality to come to Everton if we can`t offer what other clubs do and have been battling relegation for the last 3 seasons or so.
Obv due to PSR we won`t start signing players till 1st July, if there is any decent players to be had, we will have a better understanding then but I can see next season being a case of 10th to 13th. We will add players but I don`t think the ones we add will be sufficient to improve our standing, plus many might not settle in for the next 6 months....
Everyone getting a bit carried away.... it`ll be interesting to see who we sign but I suspect Doak will be the most expensive ones at £20m-£30m and he isn`t even that good.Happy Friday everyone
I very much doubt Moyes wanted a 4''6 centre mid enough to offer competitive wages and a starting roleEverton are just not attractive to these Free Agents compared to clubs like Marseille, I`m actually laughing at some of the suggestions, no way does Jack Grealish come to Everton, not a chance!

Probably end up with 30 year old Soucek for £15m-£20m and £100k a week, showing the club has learnt nothing from the Moshiri era.I very much doubt Moyes wanted a 4''6 centre mid enough to offer competitive wages and a starting role
Come on mate, a bit doomy surely - Ended the season very strongly, fantastic new stadium, new owners - I think we’re a pretty good propositionEverton are just not attractive to these Free Agents compared to clubs like Marseille, I`m actually laughing at some of the suggestions, no way does Jack Grealish come to Everton, not a chance!

100% of our signings in the Moyes / TFG era have been bargain priced young exciting South American stars, but let’s persist with this assumption anyway.Probably end up with 30 year old Soucek for £15m-£20m and £100k a week, showing the club has learnt nothing from the Moshiri era.

The trouble is our revenues... we are small time in terms of revenue behind the SLY 6, Newcastle, West Ham, Villa, Brighton and Crystal Palace. It may change next season due to BMD but pretty much all of them teams have European Football so will get a revenue boost from that. We had the 12th highest revenue and finished 13th... it`ll be a long long time before Everton are fighting for trophies and the best players.
PSR made sure we won`t get back in amongst the big boys... bed wetters will say I`m being negative but this is modern day football.
