If transfer fees are recorded as the amortised amount per year for PSR, wouldn’t a budget of £100 million theoretically permit 5-6 players in that ballpark price range plus some loan fees?

But they we’d potentially have zero (hardly any) budget for the next few years

If we had a squad full of players contracted for a few years, we shouldn't need such a big rebuild for a few seasons. Maybe the odd player coming in but also some going out. I think the next couple of windows we're likely to spend more than we would in the coming seasons.

If everything remained the same, but hopefully commercial performance will improve consistently, moving into BMD will increase income, player sales will likely happen, PSR position continues to improve, league position improves etc etc

Strange one, that. Kelleher's a decent keeper but Flekken is also very decent. Not sure why that's a priority signing for them.

Any other selling club, other than the RS, would get significantly less for him.

You are correct, if they offer 5 year contracts, that 30m player costs, lets say 6m+4m(wages) so 10m on PSR per year. We can afford 5-6 of them.

People forget how vastly different our finances will be starting July 1st. 1. The stadium/sponsors are expected to increase revenue 50m+ a season. 2. Stadium interest is dropping drastically, its been counting on our books massively due to Moshiris bad accounting and the PL not letting him exclude it because he registered it under the club rather than the stadium. 3. We are losing half our squad, which is scaring some fans......but it also means a VERY large amount of wages is coming off.

So we could have 100m per season available starting July 1st, and each 30m player costs 10m a year. This is a big financial reset for the club.
