Looking at the defensive options. I wonder how much we're going to need to spend on the back 4 next summer.

Our main priority this summer was sorting us out going forward, because we've looked painful trying to construct attacks for many years. That's not to say RB wasn't a priority.

Our priority next summer will be the defence you would assume.

Hopefully we will be more prepared for the January window...felt that we were slow, unprepared, and perhaps a bit lucky to have got dibling. Not sure what has happened, if moyes had too much of a say, but we need the recruitment team to be able to make decisions. There has to be an improvement going forward.

Young made 32 appearances last season. Define "bit part" for me, please?

Its extremely limited in what is possible with a CB at RB and will cause problems if Tarkowski and Branthwaite have injuries.

Myko has played CB before, it's patchwork but O'B Keane Myko Aznou is still a recognised back 4.

Too late by then AFCON starts early December, doesn't it? And games will be thick and fast in the period where we'll be exceptionally light. Just have to hope there are no other issues.
