This just highlights how ridiculous PSR is.

Villa would clearly have preferred to have kept hold of Ramsey but had to sell cos of PSR. They’ll now spend pretty much the same amount they received from Ramsey sale on Paqueta.

Money in = money out doesn’t really come into play because of the nonsense that is PSR
