Well, I can tell you how the numbers are arrived at...

The journo who reported the story earlier said West Ham value Soucek at £19m - Bobble's mate Benj has then retweeted the journo's tweet. If he's anything like accurate, it's safe to assume they won't be accepting £10m

He's currently on, by all reports, in the region of £80k to £90k at West Ham - he won't be coming here for a pay cut

He has two years on his contract. He won't be coming here for less than that as he gives himself less security about his own future.

Pragmatic view says a fair bit more than £10m fee, at least matching his wages from West Ham and at least matching his contract length. I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation

Money got us deducted a lot of points. It’s a finite resource because of regulations, that’s needs to be allocated with a great deal of thought.

I dont wish injuries on players, but could do with a nice 2 month hammy strain in today's training for him

A little bit sad. About on par with the time I never got a Mr Frosty for Christmas and got some He-Man tent thing that was trashed inside 48 hours
