Garner, Longstaff, and Brownhill are all the same level of average PL central midfielder, although I think Brownhill and Longstaff may have better goal scoring records than Garner.

Leeds will try and pick up the likes of Longstaff and Brownhill, and they will do well for them should they get them imo.

He's OK. We're going to need some players to fill the squad who can do a job straight away.

We have Garner and Timmy who are the same mould of Longstaff/Brown hill etc., with Armstrong to come back into the squad. We need to be making more instant top quality signings rather than just squad filler.

There's also an early start to the window and then a mid-window "slamming shut" due to the club world cup. Does that mean we will have two transfer deadline day specials on SSN?
