As i say i think wed really struggle with doing a model like that day to day here culturally as a fan base.

But the pay off are signing the types of players say City and Chelsea do for their first team.

I know it’s the way it is but the thought of following the model set out by two disgusting institutions like City and Chelsea makes me want to quit it all.

Id have a guess gana along with the rest of the villa side didnt play well that season. Hence they got relegated.

Now apply that same logic to Aznou

I always remember Forest going down years ago with some very good players in that team. Roy Keane, Stuart Pearce, Steve stone etc

Moyes hinted at this. Think that would be the age max to commit a few years on wages and any fee. So there’s at least a chance of recouping some after say two years. That’s the model we have to follow now to keep us healthy for future spend.
