I watch the championship quite a bit and there are players there that look great but not quite good enough for the prem. To name a few Dan James Adam Armstrong and unfortunately Hamer is one of those.

100%, there haven't been many outstanding players in the Championship this year

Maybe this is the repercussions of increased substitutes, that the squads in the top leagues are getting bigger
