Along with these two deals I think will get done now.

I still think we have t given up on Fofana and think when stiff starts moving on Mcatee we will be involved also.

Throw in an AMN and you're looking at comfortably over 200m this summer potentially

Yeah I do think there will be enough in the tank to do a good deal if one becomes available, and getting these two over the line would afford us the patience to wait for one.

Fofana for example may shift his position late on.

Coventry seem happy to sell their RB. Not sure he’s the guaranteed starter we need, but I’d rather have him in the squad than Patto.

He would be a starter. Should be playing there over JOB.

The scuttlebutt around the online sphere is that the selling of the women’s team, plus doing it on the 30th of June this year greatly helped the PSR figures for last financial year, giving us a lot more wiggle room to spend this year.

The stadium is the game changer, it’s levels above what Goodison gave us in revenue and turnover, but we’ve also hoofed a load of overpaid crap footballers off the books and sold the women’s footy team this summer as well.

Burning my head out that people can't get the idea no club pays the full fee up front, therefore we're not spending £100/£200 million this summer

Get these two over the line and there’s a potential 9 man bench of Travers, Keane, Patterson, Aznou, Tim, Alcaraz, McNeil, Armstrong, Barry for the Leeds game. For all the panic over numbers that’s a half decent bench and we’re not done yet.

All this plus the worst financial year we had just fell off the calculation. PSR really not a huge limiting factor right now- I don’t think we’ll spend nearly enough in one window to hit the ceiling.
