I never understand this response. I don't watch much football in other leagues so can't honestly answer. But it's not my job to watch football and scout players.

We have a lot of staff at the club who are paid to do that. I expected them to have players lined up a month ago considering we needed about 10 new players. There are tons and tons of players in the world and we never seem to have any sort of pre-planning or strategy. We just let things run into August and then go from player to player hoping something comes off.

I understand your frustration but when you write things like you did you come across as stupid more than frustrated.

We quite clearly have been looking at the FA market considering we gave Tete a contract offer. Feel free to search for the FA’s that have already gone and tell me who we missed out on.
