Soucek doesn’t stop all game, I’ll give you that he doesn’t have Doucoure’s speed, but energy? that’s exactly where you can compare the two in that they are relentless. The major upgrade with Soucek is that he knows where the ball is going when he heads it and doesn’t treat the ball like the middle aisles in Aldi.
I would be very surprised if he ended up at Everton and don’t think West Ham will let him leave cheaply anyway. Stranger things have happened though.

A new GK, RB, LB, CB, reserve CB, LW, CM CM CM RW ST ST ST + 4 additional squad fillers + new manager, coaching staff, mind set physical output increase, quicker, faster, happier squad, more luck than we've had in the last 30 years, every ref on our side, VAR to be pro corrupt in our favour

If all of the above happened

We may finish 2nd

Apparently our player with highest number of assists is Dwight McNeil. I did a double take when I saw that. He's been injured most of the season! No one else has managed to beat his paltry 4. That speaks volumes for our creativity and chance conversion. Whole new forward line incoming please

We really don't know how this committee is going to work or the transfer strategy. Maybe Moyes pitches a fit for Soucek and gets shown the door by Kinnear.

Harrison and Lindstrom with 1 assist and 1 goal between them over a combined 37 starts and 55 total appearances . And even that goal took about 8 deflections to go in and was a simple 5-yard pass outside of the box. The pair should be ashamed of themselves.

Just as a comparison, Salah has 28 goals and 18 assists - Everton as a squad in the Premier League have registered 20 assists and 34 goals.

Radical changes needed asap.
