He was but in January when Thelwell was still here. We apparently had a deal lined up and Moyes pulled the plug for some reason.

So basically, if this were a true thread about potential transfers, this is a name that doesn't need to feature (unless a genuine, current link surfaces).

I wanted Dibling & Rigg pre-window.

I think Dibling would be a coup. Could easily have seen one of the champions league sides signing him for big money.

We'd need a defensive RB with Dibling in front. Then with Aznou it would be ideal for Fofana.

If we could land both it would be amazing.



He's 2-3 years off moving centrally, but i agree with you. Think he'll develop on the right and then move centrally in future. Nothing wrong with that for us.

He can play a bit advanced of Armstrong for England.



WOW that Ederson comparison is insane.

would always much rather have a player that wants to be here than one that doesn’t. If Fofana wants a CL team then he wouldn’t be here long anyway, if he lit it up for one season he’d want out as soon as Liverpool or another team flashed their knickers. Dibling might at least give us a few seasons.
