I'm a massive Dwight McNeil fan. He used be my avatar and banner on this site, mostly to annoy people who hated him, and I'd post about how "you'll all come around." I guess not all have, but I think a lot of people have a perception issue with him. His style is nonchalant and his conditioning is excellent so he rarely looks like he's working as hard as he is. Some people just want to see a player wincing and fighting or they'll never rate them.

We "desperately" need a RB.

O'Brien was a decent fill in option but he's clearly not a natural RB.

So this quote of mine from earlier is a reasonable take then, yes? Clarke is already here to 'replace' Harrison's contribution for next season. The real issue is we obviously don't want to be handing Clarke 20-odd appearances like Harrison got last season either way, so the need for a new quality wide forward is pretty paramount for me before 1st September..

Clarke isn't going to play one minute of first team football. Harrison played a lot. This is a silly argument.
