True, but it's the lazy option. We should be looking a developing players. Any young CB would look at Tarkowski's age and the fact we don't have an RB so O'Brien might be forced to play there as an opportunity to get Prem football. We need players with ambition not just someone who trains well is a good pro and won't rock the boat because he spends the season on the bench.

I agree with this, but I do think the club did the right thing here; we can sort out the upcoming centre back next summer when there’s much less to do / spend money on.

If we weren’t looking for so many players this season, I think we’d have binned Keane and gone for a young prospect.

No, how about we just watch someone play and see if they're any good as most stats are completely misleading and entirely contextual.

I do wonder how much Ndiaye could improve if we upgrade on Myko next summer.

Ndiaye would do most damage playing off the striker in my opinion, he's wasted out wide.

We definitely need a more direct skillful winger on both sides if we don't invest in good attacking fullbacks, those are hard to come by.

Not sure what the price would be but does sound like a good option as can play a few roles across the pitch out wide cm attacking mid.
