All we know is that its been said the deal is "verbally agreed and will be processed next week".

Others are claiming "the deal is not yet done" which it isnt, yet.

Tete can’t technically be done until his contract ends anyway, he’s not been released from Fulham and we can’t formally announce him until he’s out of contract there.

FFS why have you got a stick up your arse? My mate is a Leeds fan and he mentioned it to me as they have bid for Diarra and that they are close to signing Atangana and asked me what he is like as I like watching French footy.

I took him at his word. I've not looked much at other team's transfers and hadn't heard any links to us.

I liked him at Lyon and mentioned him here i think several years ago. But im concerned about his injuries and find it odd Moyes said he needs players who must be "on the pitch" then signs him.

Decent going forward...but more importantly, solid in defence.

Need to keep him fit somehow. When all fit our back 4 looke very hard to breakdown.

Yup. Myko and Tete will essentially shut off the channels and I'd fancy Branthwaite, JOB/Tarkowski against most in the league centrally.

These are tense times, you should know what transfer season can do to mere mortals.

I remember being astounded when we pulled that off. I’m still not quite sure how we managed it.

Signings of that calibre have been few and far between.

I think the only signing that’s wowed me to a remotely similar degree since has been Lukaku.
