Am I missing something with Haller, like has he been injured? I know Jovic is brilliant but surely if Haller is 35/40mil he would be playing and not sitting in the bench

Go get the next Ziyech. I love that he can play right, but are we looking for playmaking midfielders? If the idea is to sell Vlasic, get someone younger and talented. Julian Brandt is awesome, but even he's expensive.

Watch any of the old Man Utd guard in any TV appearance and they all think that Man Utd is a centre of the footballing universe. There's no way Giggs advises any young player not to go there regardless of whether it's the best place for their career or not. He'll think that it is.

How ridiculous is it that I’m thinking £15m for a championship player could be a really good deal. Transfer fees really are all over the place.

I think he’ll be a great signing. Reminds me of Harvey Barnes at Leicester who will also turn out to be a very very good player.

What do you mean mate? The younger the better. We should be signing these kids up when they’re fresh out the womb. Brands should be in full scrubs, contract in hand waiting in the delivery room. In fact, we should be operating a eugenics style transfer strategy so we can manufacture the perfect squad.
