I don't believe he would be moving for a fortune no. Scott hogan went to aston villa, the same villa who are an absolute shambles even now.

If City rated him then he wouldn't leave the club at all. So if they do not rate him then that does not necessarily mean they would ask for a huge amount for him. For all intents and purposes, if Pep wants him he goes nowhere, if pep doesn't want him then he is essentially just a academy player being sold on.

I wouldn't pay that money for a rookie goalie, there's no telling how he will turn out. I was hoping the next guy would be proven, aged around 29 so we can get a good ten years from a solid stopper.
