Kolasinac left Schalke last summer on a free, what's happening here, good players aren't signing new contracts to stay with the club and the club isn't selling them 6-12 months beforehand?

And Goretzka leaving too, and Matip left on a free the season before, and Christian Fuchs a season before that. It's actually pretty normal im Germany, but Schalke have taken it to a new level!

They got a new sporting director summer before last (Christian Heidel), maybe he can get on top of that issue!

Ki is a good player.
It’s all relative
My son ( see what I did there ) scored over 30 goals for his Sunday league team in London this year
Will I give him a shout to replace Tosun
Ki is a decent player but we have loads of those ( and a load of crap ones )
We don’t need decent players , we don’t need good players ,
We do however need top quality players who can walk straight in to our first 11.
Ki does not fit that criteria in any shape or form

How is that anecdote even remotely fitting haha.

I should bloody hope you would, any good dad will force their son to play up top for Everton haha

Dembele from spurs is a must. 1 year left on his contract and is an absolute beast.
I remember lampard and Gerrard on bt sport saying he was one of the strongest midfielders they have ever played against.

Not sure he'd come here but him and wanyama, go flat out for one of them they'd be perfect. No idea why they'd want to sell both whilst keeping that cart horse sissoko.

Wanyama is 50m too expensive. But dembele at 30 with 1 year left shouldn't be too hard to get.

Around 25m should be enough to get him.

At 30 yrs of age Dembele has 3 maybe 4 years left.
He would improve our midfield immensely.
However I can imagine the outcry of no resale value , too old , Walsh only buying PL experienced players and he would fail the Zat test on so many levels.
I would love him here.
I seen him destroy the Juve midfield in the away game this season

Hmm, not sure they can ask for that much for wanyama, he's not even a first team player, offer them £35m and offer them a take it or leave it. I'd probably prefer him to dembele tbh, despite dembele being better. I just think there's something dodgy with them trying to sell him, especially as he's always been quite injury prone. Find it odd he'd want out of spurs as well. Just seems fishy.
